Acceptance

By creating an account or using ValidationCrew, you agree to these Terms. If you're using the platform on behalf of an organization, you confirm you're authorised to bind that organization. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

The service

ValidationCrew is a network that connects builders who create validation missions with humans who complete them and provide feedback. We provide the matching, verification, workflow and payment infrastructure — we don't author the feedback ourselves, and we're not a party to the underlying products being validated.

Accounts & eligibility

• You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information.
• You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
• Verification may be required to unlock certain features, missions or payouts.
• One person, one account — duplicate or fraudulent accounts may be removed.

Builder responsibilities

• Describe missions honestly and lawfully, and don't request anything deceptive, unsafe or discriminatory.
• Fund your wallet for the rewards you offer; approved submissions are paid from it.
• Review submissions fairly and in good faith — rejections should reflect genuine quality issues, not a way to avoid paying.
• Respect participant privacy and any confidentiality terms you set.

Human responsibilities

• Give honest, original, good-faith feedback — no automated, copied or low-effort submissions.
• Only claim expertise and attributes you genuinely hold; verification keeps the network trustworthy.
• Respect the confidentiality of anything you're shown, including unreleased products and ideas.
• Don't share, leak or reuse materials from a mission outside the platform.

Payments, rewards & fees

Builders pay the rewards they set plus a platform fee that covers matching, verification and payouts. Rewards are held in escrow and released for approved submissions; unused budget is refunded when a mission closes. Auto-flagged or rejected work isn't charged. Participant payouts are issued to the method on file, subject to applicable taxes and minimum thresholds. Fees and reward amounts are shown before you commit.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform — including attempting to circumvent matching or payments, harvesting data, harassing other users, uploading malware, or using the service for anything illegal. We may investigate and take action, including suspending accounts, to protect the network.

IP & confidentiality

Builders keep ownership of the products, ideas and materials they submit; participants keep ownership of their original feedback, and grant builders a licence to use that feedback for their internal decisions. Materials shared inside a mission are confidential. ValidationCrew's own software, brand and platform remain ours.

Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided "as is". Human feedback is opinion and signal — it informs decisions, it doesn't guarantee outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ValidationCrew isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the prior 12 months.

Termination

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached or to protect the platform and its users. Some provisions — payment, confidentiality, IP and liability — survive termination.

Changes & contact
